Build · Flutter
iOS and Android apps in Flutter on a Laravel API, from discovery to both stores, at a fixed price.
New Flutter apps for care-plan clients and agency partners, at a fixed price with the care plan attached. The app, the API behind it and the admin to run it, from one team, submitted under your own store accounts.
Flutter app with its Laravel API from $15,000. Discovery $1,500–$2,500, credited against the build.
Discovery, build, stores, care
Four steps, each priced on its own. You can stop after discovery and keep everything it produced.
Discovery
Screen flow, data model, API contract and the store-account and signing checklist. Out comes a fixed-price proposal with the care plan attached. The fee is credited against the build.
Build
One Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, the Laravel API behind it and the web admin to run it. Tests on both platforms, code in your repository from the first commit.
Stores
Both submissions prepared and made from inside your App Store Connect and Play Console accounts. You stay Account Holder and Owner; the signing keys stay in your custody.
Care
A published app enters the store calendar the day it ships. The Mobile module on the care plan handles both annual store deadlines and the quarterly Flutter bump, so it stays shippable.
The floor and the discovery that sets the quote
The fixed quote comes out of discovery and does not move afterwards. If we underestimated, that is our cost.

Flutter web
Flutter web is right for the internal tool, kiosk or dashboard that mirrors your app, and we keep those building. It is the wrong tool for a public marketing site, and we will say so.
React Native
We also work in React Native and Expo. We have not yet published a React Native case study, so we quote React Native work only after a paid review.
Shipped, and still in both stores
Our own product first, because it is the one we can show you end to end.

Our own product
Ongoing Foods
A Laravel API and Flutter app we built, operate and keep compliant ourselves. Our own product: a Flutter app for iOS and Android on a Laravel API for a daily meal-subscription service — browse menus, pick delivery slots, save addresses, and manage one-time orders and subscriptions.
A Flutter kiosk front-end for a US festival’s check-in hub (2021–22)
Flutter enhancements for a US collective’s app (2021)
Earlier client work is described, not named, under the agreements that covered it.
Already have a Flutter app that has fallen behind?
That is a different page and a different set of prices: Second-opinion review ($750), Store-Compliance Sprint ($2,500–$3,500), Catch-up Upgrade ($6,000–$12,000).
The calendar a new app is born into
Google and Apple enforce these dates. Building against them from day one is cheaper than catching up later, which is why the care plan is in the proposal.
28 April 2026
Apple Xcode 26 floor (already in force)
Uploads must be built with Xcode 26 and the iOS 26 SDK. An app not rebuilt since April 2026 cannot ship an update until it is.
9 September 2026
Apple iOS 13 minimum deployment target
Older minimum targets are refused on upload. Flutter 3.47 already raised its own minimum to iOS 15.
1 November 2026
Google Play API 36 extension ends
Updates must target Android 16 (API 36). Apps targeting API 34 or lower have been hidden from new users on newer phones since 31 August 2026.
30 November 2026
Flutter Material and Cupertino deprecation
The in-SDK design libraries are formally deprecated in the November 2026 stable; apps migrate to the standalone packages.
1 February 2027
Google 16 KB page-size requirement
Updates to any app with native libraries — every Flutter and React Native app — are blocked unless built for 16 KB pages.
1 April 2027
Apple iOS 27 SDK floor
Apple has announced that uploads will require the iOS 27 SDK and Xcode 27 from April 2027. The exact day is published nearer the time; the pattern is now annual.
