JIGOMIT is a Laravel studio in Ahmedabad, India. We keep the applications businesses run on upgraded, secure and moving: fixed-price upgrades and rescues, monthly care plans with a named engineer, and the operations software around them. We do not build marketing websites, and we say so. Mobile apps are Flutter on the Laravel API we care for.

Between 2015 and 2022 I held five multi-year Laravel and PHP backend and server retainers for European and US companies. The shortest ran three years. That is the work this studio is built around: being the engineer a business can keep, rather than the one it has to replace.
Since then the work has broadened into the operations software around those applications — an RFQ catalogue for a machine-tool manufacturer, a catalogue-matching platform for a distributor, a sales-data platform, and our own stock-control product — all on the same Laravel and Vue stack.

How we work
Six commitments, each of them also written into the terms.
Fixed means fixed
The price on the quote is the price on the invoice. A misestimate is our cost to carry, not yours.
Named, not pooled
One engineer owns your account and does the work. You know their name before the first commit.
Rehearse, then release
Nothing reaches production until it has run on a staging copy with the tests green and the rollback written down.
Your repository, your code
We work inside your repository from day one. There is nothing to hand back at the end because it was never ours.
Say the uncomfortable thing early
If the app does not need us, or needs something we do not do, you hear it on the first call rather than after the invoice.
Your working day, not ours
We keep hours that overlap the UK and EU day in full and the US East Coast morning in part, so replies arrive while you are at your desk.
