Kailash Machine Tools makes pharmaceutical machinery — washing, filling, capping, inspection and packaging lines for pharma manufacturers. We built their website: a database-driven machine catalog and lead-generation platform that the team runs themselves, engineered to be found by buyers and to turn those visits into qualified enquiries.

A B2B machinery maker has a wide, varied product range — dozens of machines across many process categories, each needing its own specifications, features, applications and photos. That's impossible to maintain as hand-coded static pages, and it locks every small change behind a developer.

At the same time, the commercial goal is specific: pharma buyers searching for equipment need to find the company, land on the right machine, and send a qualified enquiry. So the site has to do two jobs well — present a deep technical catalog cleanly, and convert search traffic into sales leads.

What we built: a catalog the client owns

  • Structured catalog. Machines are organised into categories, each machine with its own page carrying specifications, features, applications, an image gallery with a lightbox, and links to related machines.
  • In-catalog search. Buyers can search across machine names, model codes and descriptions to find equipment fast.
  • Self-managed, no code required. The whole catalog — machines, categories, images, client logos, blog posts — is managed from a Filament admin panel, so non-developer staff add and edit content without ever touching the codebase.

Turning visitors into enquiries

The point of the catalog is the enquiry. Every machine page carries a request-a-quote form built to capture qualified leads and keep spam out:

  • Validated, protected forms — required contact fields, a hidden honeypot and rate limiting stop bots without adding friction for real buyers.
  • Instant routing — each submission emails the sales inbox with the machine's context, and sends the buyer an automatic acknowledgement.
  • A lead pipeline — enquiries land in a lightweight CRM inside the admin, moving through stages from new to contacted, quoted, and won — with internal notes — so nothing slips through the cracks.

Built to be found

For an export-oriented manufacturer, organic discovery is the whole game — so the site is engineered for it:

  • Server-side rendering (SSR), so a modern JavaScript site is fully crawlable and fast to first paint.
  • Structured data — organisation, local-business, product, breadcrumb and FAQ schema — so search engines understand every page.
  • An auto-generated sitemap that refreshes on a schedule and pings the search engines, plus dedicated landing pages for the company's highest-intent searches.
  • Legacy-URL redirects that carried the old site's search ranking straight over to the new one, so no hard-won authority was lost in the move.
  • Self-hosted, optimised images, so the catalog stays fast and independent.

The outcome

Kailash Machine Tools now has a catalog they run themselves, built to rank for the machines buyers actually search for and to turn those searches into sales enquiries — with every lead tracked from first click to won.
